AAmigo is an IB Maths AA platform built by students who sat the exam last May. Two things are for you: a paper creator that turns the question bank into a summative and its mark scheme, and workbooks that pair a page of review with questions climbing to exam standard. The rest is for them: the videos, notes and drill they would otherwise hunt for on YouTube. All of it from one bank, so what they practise is what you assess.

Find the questions, check the sub-topic coverage, retype them, balance the marks, then write the mark scheme. Every topic, every year, for every set.
Textbook exercises jump from routine to exam-hard with nothing in between, so the students who most need the middle rungs never get them.
Students revise from whichever video comes up first. It's rarely AA, and it's rarely the command terms the examiner actually uses.

Filter the bank by sub-topic, paper and difficulty, then add questions and watch the paper build itself: marks tallied, timing estimated, difficulty spread shown as you go. Export the paper and its mark scheme as two PDFs, numbered to match.
Not a mock-up: these are the PDF pages, typeset from nine questions in the bank with the mark scheme numbered to match. Switch the watermark to see the same paper carrying a school's own branding, or none at all.
Every question carries a full worked solution: the method line by line, the final answer boxed, and the marks for each part. It exports numbered to match the paper.
The difficulty spread and timing update on every click, so you catch a paper that's 80% Hard before your bottom set does.
Save to the department library, duplicate for the parallel set, swap three questions. Next year it's already there.
For teachers · Workbooks
A workbook is one sub-topic, done properly: a page of review with the formulae students keep forgetting, then questions that climb from routine to past-paper standard. Print it for the photocopier, set it as holiday work, or assign it online. Every question comes from the same bank the paper creator draws on, so what they practise is what you assess. It carries our cover and watermark by default, or your school's.
What is actually in it
One side: the definition, the rules students trip on, the formulae, and a worked example. Short enough that they read it.
Every section runs the same three bands, so a student always knows whether they are drilling the mechanics or being stretched, and you can see where they stopped.
The last section of the booklet is full past-paper standard with mark allocations, so the ramp finishes where the exam starts.
Answer lines under every question. Students write in the booklet; you mark the booklet. No loose sheets.
Full worked solutions print on their own, so you can hand out the questions without handing out the answers.
Give one set Warm-up and Core, another Core through Exam-style. Same booklet, same review page, different landing point, and nobody feels singled out.
Short enough to finish, so it can be set as a single homework rather than a term-long project that never gets marked.

Who makes it
Every video, workbook and cheatsheet is made by a recent IB graduate: people who still remember which mark scheme wording caught them out, and what it feels like to open a Paper 1 you weren't ready for. If you've ever had a student pass their notes down to the year below, this is that, built properly.

Where we are
AAmigo is early. Topic 1 is built, the paper creator and the workbooks work, and we would rather put them in front of a real department than keep guessing at what comes next. Take a week with it, free, and tell us whether it saved you anything and what you would need before it was genuinely useful.

Build a test you were going to write anyway, print a workbook, put a set on the student platform. Everything is unlocked for the week and we are on email while you do it.
Ten minutes of honesty is the whole price. What you used, what you ignored, and what would have to exist before you would rely on it next term.
The only claim we make is that setting a test should take minutes rather than an evening. If it did not, we would rather know that than sell around it.
Topic 1 is done. What you are teaching in six weeks decides what we write next, and a department telling us beats us guessing.

Before you ask
IB Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches, SL and HL, in one bank with an SL/HL toggle so AHL content filters out for an SL set. Topic 1, Number & Algebra, is complete and live. The rest is being written now, and which topic comes next depends largely on what the departments trying it tell us they need.
They're written by recent AA graduates in the style of Papers 1, 2 and 3, tagged by sub-topic, difficulty and calculator use, and each one ships with a worked mark scheme: the method set out step by step, with the final answer boxed and the marks shown against each part.
Yes. change the numbers, reword the stem, or drop a part. The mark scheme updates alongside it, and your edited version saves to your department library rather than overwriting the original.
Two PDFs per paper: the paper in exam layout with mark allocations in the margin, and the mark scheme numbered to match. Workbooks export as a question booklet plus a separate worked-answer booklet.
Student accounts hold a name, a school email and their own progress, nothing else. Teachers see progress for their own classes only. We'll send the data processing agreement before you put any student on it.
Nothing at the moment. We are in a validation phase and are not charging schools while we work out whether this is genuinely useful. There will be pricing eventually, and we will be upfront about it well before it applies to you.
An honest reply at the end of the week: whether it saved you time, which topic you need next, and what would have to change before you would use it for a real assessment. That is the whole trade.
